This informative six-week group workshop teaches you how to perform physical exercise in a safe manner that’s within your capacity while guiding you through body and mind integrated self-care.

- Week 2 Saturday – April 2th —-11 am to 2 pm Bones, Muscles and Posture by Rick Girardeau
- Week 3 Saturday – April 9th —-11 am to 2 pm Good nutrition/Life style and Function of the Heart by Donald Cooper
- Week 4 Saturday – April 16th —-11 am to 2 pm Men’s Health Social interaction by Tom Kample
Week 5 Saturday – April 23rd —- 11 am to 2 pm Aging and Sex by Brian O’Neill
Week 6 Saturday – April 30th —- 11 am to 2 pm Avoid injuries and Realistic goals by Doug Leavers
