Diabetes is a condition that affects roughly 3 million Canadians. However some of these are unable to afford the equipment to properly manage the condition!
For this reason, the Canadian Diabetes Association is looking to distribute 4,901 free blood glucose monitoring kits across Canada to Canadians who are unable to afford the out-of pocket costs for monitoring their blood glucose levels. The kit includes:
1 OneTouch® UltraMini® System Kit
300 OneTouch® Ultra® Blue Test Strips
300 OneTouch® Delica® Lancets
For more information you can visit our Sexual Health Centre, or www.diabetes.ca/meter to apply online or call 1-800-BANTING (1-800-226-8464), option 7.
