I'm usually a little skeptical of articles with numbers in the titles – like 9 Sex Positions you have to try or 3 reasons why you have to shower – but every now and again I see some which just look too tasty to pass up. In this instance, the gays over at Homorazzi spell out The 10 Best Foods You Aren't Eating. While it isn't exactly as sumptuous as some of the claims espoused by Cosmo, these 10 foods provide plenty of healthy reasons to incorporate them into your diet. Best of all, they have little tips on how best to include them in your daily mastication, from grated cabbage on sandwiches to a little cinnamon in your Starbucks.
So try something bold to liven up your lunchtime while taking care of your body!
