Did You Know…
The road to healthy living doesn’t have to be boring. Most of us know the standard guide to healthy living; from washing your hands after going to the toilet, to eating a good amount of fruits and veggies in your diet. Good advice but pretty much common sense (although it still bothers me as to why people don’t wash their hands after going to the toilet). Men’s Health has compiled a list of “strange but true” health tips that will no doubt make you go ‘no way Jose’ and google the tips and/or ask around to see if it is actually is valid. Take a look at the list below. For the record, Tip #11 actually works!
