It's more than the gym. Whether you're taking your first yoga class, choosing healthier foods or deciding to quit smoking, physical health is an important part of gay men's lives. This section provides resources, articles and information about how you can live a longer, healthier life. We also have listings for our Professional Volunteers who specialize in physical health.

Yes summer is still a good six months away, but judging from a recent article I read on getting your body into shape and getting those pumptastic muscles ready for show time, you better start now!
There are five steps to consider and some mathematical calculations to be performed before you get started on your program – see I wasn’t kidding when I said ‘formula’.
I’m doing the program myself and let me tell you that it’s some serious sh*t! – 4 weeks in and am seeing great results. It’s definitely hard work mentally and physically but the program is easily integrated into your daily life and sustainable, unlike many of those quick fix diet fads out there. So if you’re ready to get some sexy muscles and body going on, check out the program on the link.
