It's more than the gym. Whether you're taking your first yoga class, choosing healthier foods or deciding to quit smoking, physical health is an important part of gay men's lives. This section provides resources, articles and information about how you can live a longer, healthier life. We also have listings for our Professional Volunteers who specialize in physical health.

Want to increase your flexibility? Circulation? Overall health and well-being?
HIM has teamed up with some very talented yoga instructors to offer sessions on Friday nights.
This is an easy-going group without attitude. It is open to all levels.
The Scotia Dance Centre has a lounge if you arrive early. Please note that you will be asked to sign in to the building at the front desk and that is where you can get information about which studio we are in and how to find it.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel and lots of energy. The sessions are free but in order to keep our services for gay men sustainable we rely on your generous donations (most people give $5 to $10).
