Naloxone Training - Surrey @ HIM in Surrey, Suite 220 | Surrey | British Columbia | Canada

Be prepared with HIM.

Naloxone is a medication that quickly reverses the effects of an overdose from opioids such as heroin, methadone, fentanyl, and morphine. It is currently available in BC without prescription, and often given as an injection into a muscle.

The Take Home Naloxone (THN) program provides life-saving training and kits to people at risk of an opioid overdose, their friends and family, and community members.

THN sites teach people how to use their kits to respond to an overdose and provide education in saving a life endangered by an opioid overdose. Kits are provided after completion of training.

Training will be offered in Surrey and New Westminster:

Surrey: Wednesday, March 21 @ HIM in Surrey (220-10362 King George Blvd)

New Westminster: Wednesday, March 14 @ Anvil Centre (417 – 777 Columbia Street)

Only 20 spots available per location – Registration Required!
