Flex Fit with HIM

Drop-in exercise class every Monday for gay and bi men. All levels welcome. This class combines muscle strengthening and stretching exercises such as push-ups, squats, yoga, basic pilates, core exercises, and resistance band training. HIM and Vancouver Frontrunners are offering an introductory all-levels running group designed to be a fun, motivational way to get you out and meet other like-minded guys. Learn to Run will be led by experienced runners who will respect your personal limitations, while motivating you to push to the next level. A fun, sweaty, full-body workout series This eight-part series is designed to help improve balance, speed, stamina, and endurance. Workouts will include a combination of Plyometrics, core exercises, aerobics, stretching and resistance training. All fitness levels, ages, and body types welcome! Bring a mat and towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. Free or by donation.
