Learn to Run with HIM – 2016
Learn to Run with HIM and improve your mood – open to gay guys of all levels of fitness, ages, sizes and abilities.
10 weeks starting Monday, February 15th!
Research has shown that physical activity can improve your general well-being. Feeling low sometimes? Lacking energy or motivation? Then, come and learn to run with HIM in our easy to follow 10-week program that starts easy and gradually builds as you gain the knowledge and skills of how to run safely to avoid injury. Meet other guys and who knows maybe a new friend or two?
We’d like you to join us 3 times per week, but the program is flexible and you can decide:
- Mondays & Wednesdays 6.30pm @ The Roundhouse
- Saturdays 9am @ Brockton Oval (Stanley Park)
Free of charge!
A collaboration with Vancouver Front Runners (Vancouver’s LGBTQ Running and Walking group). First session at Roundhouse Community Centry on Monday Feb 15 starting at 6:00 pm.
