Take your flexibility & agility to the next level with this intensive stretch program!
Want to improve your flexibility for sport, recreation or in general? Tried yoga or other practices and want to learn new ways to stretch? Then check out this indoor workshop. Learn new, effective and safe stretching techniques – with a mix of solo and partner-assisted stretches. This course is aimed at guys with some degree of flexibility and body awareness.
When: Friday, April 24th, 2015 to June 19th, 2015 (8 weeks)
