DESCRIPTION:Join Health Initiative for Men (HIM) for yoga in Chilliwack every second and last Friday of each month in the upper floor of the Chilliwack Lawn Bowling Club.\nCome stretch those knots away and practice yoga with HIM in a safe and friendly environment. Arrive a few minutes prior to class with your yoga mat, a towel, water bottle, and positive energy.\nThis promises a great way to stay healthy and meet like-minded adults while building better yoga practices.
