DESCRIPTION:Join us on Wednesday evenings for this in-person, community-based expressive arts workshop series.\nThis is an 8 week closed-group expressive arts based workshop where folks can come together to explore themes creatively and connect with their community. Through movement, writing, and other art practices the group creates space for self expression, reflection, and conversation across generations.\nDoors will open at 6:15pm, and we will start promptly at 6:30pm.\nItems to bring\n\nWater bottle\nJournal and pen/pencil for reflections\nCome dressed in comfortable clothes for moving in\nCreative materials will be supplied\n\nNo artistic experience is required, just ambition to explore and connect!\nThis group is open to those who identify as Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Two-Spirit, Queer, or Non-Binary, and limited to participants aged 19+.\nParticipation is free, or by donation ( https://checkhimout.ca/donate/#donate ).\nWe require all attendees to read our Code of Conduct ( https://checkhimout.ca/about-him/conduct/ ).\n
