Ever had a burning question about your health? Did you want to learn more about sexual health or your mental wellness? HIM is now doing Ask Me Anything presentations, where we invite individuals in particular fields related to GBT2Q wellness to hold an open, facilitated question period to provide insight and information on particular topics.

This month we will be presenting on Mental Health; focusing on isolation, loneliness, anxiety and the mental strain that can have on community members.
