Beat the Blues: Winter Wellness
Join us for this In-Person Winter Workshop Series to connect with other people passionate about maintaining positive health and mood during the winter months.

Each session will provide a guest speaker who will guide the group through activities and practices to help maintain mood and educate us on ways we can take care of ourselves when winter can feel a little dark.
Sessions will include a focus on nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, home projects, and laughter, and will offer a discussion circle to explore the learning.
