Flex Fit with HIM
Drop-in exercise class every Wednesday for gay and bi men. All levels welcome.
This class combines muscle strengthening and stretching exercises such as push-ups, squats, yoga, basic pilates, core exercises, and resistance band training. We recommend to wear sneakers and athletic wear. Don’t forget a towel and a bottle of water.
