Flex Fit with HIM in Vancouver
A fun, sweaty, full-body workout series
This session is designed to help improve balance, speed, stamina, and endurance. Workouts will include a combination of Plyometrics, core exercises, aerobics, stretching and resistance training.
All fitness levels, ages, and body types welcome! Bring a mat and towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. Session takes place at the Judith R Marcuse Studio.

This group is open to self-identified men (trans, cis, and other men), two-spirit and non-binary folks who also identify as gay, bi, queer, asexual, and/or as guys who are into/or have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).
