Grief & Loss: A group for 2S and queer folks

HIM and the Native Courtwork and Counselling Association of BC (NCCABC) are partnering to host their first Grief and Loss group for 2-Spirit and queer-identified folks (LGBTQI+) in Vancouver!

Our Grief and Loss group is psycho-educational in nature, and will be incorporating First Nations healing and best practices for coping with grief. It will be offered over a period of 6 weeks, one session per week.

Topics Covered: Grief, Loss & 2SLGBTQ communities, stages of grief, healing tools, ceremony and rituals, moving forward and renewal, and supporting others.

We prefer for people to be working with a counsellor on a one-on-one basis while attending. NCCABC and HIM can provide individual counselling.

Limited Space, registration required

Please contact Robert at: 604 628-1145 to register

This group is open to self-identified men (trans, cis, and other men), two-spirit and non-binary folks who also identify as gay, bi, queer, asexual, and/or as guys who are into/or have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).
