Learn to Run with HIM and Vancouver Frontrunners

HIM is collaborating with Vancouver Frontrunners for an introductory “all levels” running group that is designed to be a fun, motivational way to get you out and meet other like-minded guys this spring.

The group will be led by experienced runners who know how to respect people’s personal limitations, while motivating them to push themselves to the next level.

Participants are asked to commit to the full ten-week program of 2 weekly sessions: Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.

The program has been designed by experts to gradually increase your stamina. Full details will be sent to you when you register. All gender identities and expressions welcomed.

For more info or to register, email contact-us@vancouverfrontrunners.org or call 604.488.1001

LOCATION

Wednesdays at Roundhouse Community Centre, Yaletown
Saturdays at Brockton Oval, Stanley Park

This group is open to self-identified men (trans, cis, and other men), two-spirit and non-binary folks who also identify as gay, bi, queer, asexual, and/or as guys who are into/or have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).
