Cancelled: Life in Colour: Vancouver

In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in keeping with our commitment to strengthen the health and wellbeing of the community, the following group activities taking place this week will be cancelled.

Please keep an eye out for further updates on our website and social media as more changes might be made in response to COVID-19

Life In Colour is a space for men-of-colour to come together in a respectful, safer, private and non-judgmental environment. This space is created by men-of-colour for men-of-colour to connect and share common struggles, interests, desires and to support each other and grow together. This exclusive (POC only), confidential space will be a mix of fun social activities, snacks, sharing past experiences as well as exploring and expanding on how our identities relate to “gay men’s health.”

We’re offering this safe space without judgement or shame, and encourage guys from all walks of life and variety of life experiences to attend. This facilitated group respects everyone’s lifestyle choices and understands there are struggles with being of colour in a queer community, and know that being “queer” or “out” looks different for everyone.

Attendance is free, or by donation.

*In addition to the activities in Vancouver, the group will have similar activities in Burnaby – please keep an eye out for Burnaby activities posted on our website.

This group is open to self-identified men (trans, cis, and other men), two-spirit and non-binary folks who also identify as gay, bi, queer, asexual, and/or as guys who are into/or have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).
