Join Health Initiative for Men (HIM) for four weeks of pelvic health classes. The instructor is Cat (she/her) from Shine Therapy Services. Cat holds a Master of Physiotherapy Studies. The four-part series will be held weekly beginning June 27th.

The classes will consist of education around pelvic health, pelvic floor exercises, breathing exercises, and general tips for health and wellbeing, including discussions of anatomy.

Yoga mats and blocks are provided at the studio. You may also bring your own yoga mat.
