Pride in Grief

Pride in Grief is an 8-week, closed, in-person mental health group for gay, bi, and queer men and women (GBQ men and women) who experience grief in their lives, regardless if the grief is death-related or not.

All of us experience grief in some form, and sometimes it can become painful and disruptive. Using integrative theories, grief research and models, and mindfulness techniques, Pride in Grief is a group that aims to offer a safe(r), non-judgmental space, strategies, and perspectives on how to process grief.

This group is open to self-identified men (trans, cis, and other men), two-spirit and non-binary folks who also identify as gay, bi, queer, asexual, and/or as guys who are into/or have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).
