Re-wired: Afternoons

Anxiety got you tense all day? Stuck worrying about the future and how everything could go wrong? HIM is here for you.

Anxiety is experienced by all of us, but sometimes it can become painful and disruptive. Re-wired is a support group that offers strategies and new perspectives on how to manage anxiety and its symptoms. This CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) informed group will be facilitated by experienced mental health professionals.

This event is an 8-week support group for anxiety.

This group is open to self-identified men (trans, cis, and other men), two-spirit and non-binary folks who also identify as gay, bi, queer, asexual, and/or as guys who are into/or have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).

Space is limited. For more information or to register, please phone 604.488.1001 or email [email protected].
