Re-wired: Surrey

Anxiety got you worried and up all night? Stuck in patterns of worrying about the future? HIM is here for you. Anxiety is different for everyone and can be painful and disruptive. Re-wired is a support group offering strategies and new perspectives on how to manage anxiety and anxiety symptoms. This CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) informed group will be facilitated by experienced mental health professionals.

This 8-week Support group for anxiety is open to self-identified men (trans, cis, and other men), non-binary, and gender-queer folks who also identify as two-spirit, asexual, gay, bi, queer, and/or as other guys who have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).
