Meth & Sex

HIM will be hosting an 8-week group to support guys who want to stop using meth and stay meth-free (abstinence-based). This specialist-facilitated mental health group will offer resources and guided group discussions among peers in a supportive and non-judgmental space. Flex Fit with HIM

Drop-in exercise class every Wednesday for gay and bi men. All levels welcome. This class combines muscle strengthening and stretching exercises such as push-ups, squats, yoga, basic pilates, core exercises, and resistance band training. Every Body in New West

HIM is bringing its body image group, Every Body, to New Westminster this month!
Every Body is a group for any gay, bi, queer, 2-S and other guys who have sex with guys who may be struggling with body image, or feeling pressure to look different; and who want to develop a better relationship with their body.

This 8-week group will provide a space to discuss how modern society affects our self-esteem, while offering tools to help you to explore your thoughts and feelings about your body.
