Flex Fit with HIM

Drop-in exercise class every Wednesday for gay and bi men. All levels welcome. This class combines muscle strengthening and stretching exercises such as push-ups, squats, yoga, basic pilates, core exercises, and resistance band training. Dragon Boat racing is excellent exercise for your core and shoulders. It is a fun and inclusive sport for everyone, open to all gay men to have fun and meet friends.
