A spontaneous social circle for men to meet face-to-face and make new friends without “screens”!
“FAST FRIENDS” is a social group activity that aims to fight social isolation in the community through sparking firm human connections and friendships. This periodic activity will help you break the “I.C.E” – Introductions. Conversations. Evolutions – and engage in fun interactive discussions in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
So, come join the circles of FAST FRIENDS!
WHEN & WHERE:
The next FAST FRIENDS activity will be confirmed soon. Keep an eye on our calendar of events to find out more.
Free, or by donation.
This is a guided activity and a facilitator will help you navigate the experience. You will have the opportunity to participate in different engaging rounds where you’ll get to meet and create meaningful connections with different people. You will also be provided with some personal space to reflect and take time for yourself in between activity rounds.
The group activities are designed and facilitated by Ken Godmere
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
There is no registration required to participate in the group activities. The activities are open to all self-identified men (trans, cis, and other men), two-spirit and non-binary folks who also identify as gay, bi, queer, asexual, and/or as guys who are into/or have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).
HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF THE EXPERIENCE?
Come with an open and positive mind and a curiosity to meet and get to know new people. Be ready to participate in a dynamic activity which involves partaking in different engaging rounds. Be willing and ready to talk about yourself and the things you enjoy in life.
