Constellations is a closed, 10-week, in-person mental health group for gay, bi, queer men and women and gender diverse folks who practice or identify with any form of ethical non-monogamy (ENM)/consensual non-monogamy (CNM) to come together with peers and facilitators with lived experiences in a safer, non-judgmental environment.
In the group, participants get to explore ENM/CNM topics and common concerns, gain insight into ENM/CNM relationships and identities, and challenge any potential internalized stigma.
Through guided discussions, the group aims to foster a greater sense of self-acceptance and strengthen one’s sense of belonging within the ENM/CNM community.
