Leathermen's Discussion Group

The Leathermen’s Discussion Group (LDG) is a place for self-identified GBT2Q men who have an interest in leather, fetish or kink sexual practices.

The discussion group meets on monthly basis and the discussions cover a wide range of sexuality, community, and personal growth topics ranging from BDSM technique, health and safety, relationships, fantasies, spirituality, stereotypes to possibly any topic related to the leather/kink/fetish communities. The Group is committed to building a stronger sense of community through serving the educational needs of GBT2Q Men.

You can find a calendar of upcoming LDG meetings here.

Group Facilitator

Hugh DB Mitchell is International LeatherSIR 2010. Hugh is also a Community Organizer with HIM.

Leathermen’s Discussion Group is an initiative provided under HIM’s Community Organizers Program. Through this program, leaders in the GBT2Q community (such as Hugh) have the ability to access HIM’s “Host, Support and Promote” model to bring their community impact ideas to life and deliver them in the Vancouver Coastal and Fraser Health regions. You too can become a Community Organizer with HIM – find out more at: www.checkhimout.ca/CommunityOrganizers

Health Initiative for Men respectfully acknowledges that we are privileged to be working within the ceded and unceded, ancestral, traditional, and shared territories of the Coast Salish people.
