Re-wired is an 8-week, closed group for gay, bi, queer men (GBQ men) and gender-diverse people who experience high anxiety around sex and sexuality, regardless of the sexual experiences we have (whether with ourselves or others). All of us experience anxiety, but sometimes it can become painful and disruptive. Using theories and techniques informed by CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Re-wired is a group that aims to offer strategies and new perspectives on how to manage anxiety and its symptoms.
