Our mission is to strengthen the health and wellbeing of many communities including people who use drugs and other substances. HIM offers wide-ranging services, programs and resources to people who use drugs:

At HIM, we offer harm reduction-based programming for substance users and free harm reduction supplies (including supplies for hormone injection).

Harm Reduction

PnP & Me is a program designed to support you in achieving health goals related to sexualized substance use (party and play) with group as well as 1-on-1 therapy options for participants.

Find resources that support your health and wellbeing; learn about sexual health strategies, PrEP, PEP, HIV prevention and make informed decisions about your health.

Get Involved with HIM

You can order free safer sex, safer substance use, and hormone injection supplies by mail order across BC, and by pick-up at the Davie St Health Centre.

From access to health services to safety, HIM is here for you to support you in maintaining your social, sexual, mental, and physical health while doing sex work.

Sex Work Supports

HIM provides a wide range of sexual health services for GBQ men and Gender Diverse people who are also using drugs.
