Yoga with HIM in Kelowna

Join Health Initiative for Men (HIM) Yoga in Kelowna every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 10:30 am at Praxis Spiritual Arts Studio in the Pandosy Village area.

Duncan Harte, M.A. has studied yoga in India, holds his 500hr YTT Certification and has been teaching spiritual practices for over 20 years.

Limited capacity: by registering on Eventbrite, you secure a spot in our in-person yoga class. Classes are free and donations are welcomed.

Participants are requested to arrive about 10 minutes prior to class start time (please aim to arrive at about 10:20am). Doors will open about 10:15am so you can settle-in, start relaxing, stretching and connecting with other participants before the class begins.

Yoga mats and blocks are provided at the studio. For hygienic purposes, please bring a large, clean towel to place over the studio yoga mat. (If you would like to bring your own mat, please still bring a large, clean towel to place underneath your own mat.)
