This eight-part series is designed to help improve balance, speed, stamina, and endurance. Workouts will include a combination of Plyometrics, core exercises, aerobics, stretching and resistance training.
All fitness levels, ages, and body types welcome! Bring a mat and towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes.
