Yoga with HIM in New Westminster

Join us on Friday nights for a fun, fresh way to stay healthy and meet like-minded folks while building better yoga practices.

Meet us in room 415 of New West’s Anvil Centre for a yoga session that caters to all levels and abilities. Arrive any time after 5:30pm, with the yoga session running from 6-7pm.

Bring a mat, towel, water, and positive energy!
