Yoga with HIM in Chilliwack

Join Health Initiative for Men (HIM) for yoga in Chilliwack every second and last Friday of each month at 6 pm at Wellington Natural Health, located at 45919 Wellington Avenue in Chilliwack.

Come stretch those knots away and practice yoga with HIM in a safe and friendly environment. Arrive a few minutes prior to class with your yoga mat, a towel, water bottle, and positive energy.

This promises a great way to stay healthy and meet like-minded adults while building better yoga practices. Participants often meet up after the class to keep the socializing going.

This beginner’s group is open to self-identified gay, bi, queer men and gender diverse people, and other like-minded adults.

This group is open to self-identified men (trans, cis, and other men), two-spirit and non-binary folks who also identify as gay, bi, queer, asexual, and/or as guys who are into/or have sex with guys (for any reason – including for work).
