Physical Health Groups and Drop-Ins

Whether it’s yoga, dance, or a way to make friends, we know that physical health is an important component of our overall wellbeing. or just a way to find community, HIM is working on developing in-person opportunities for you to connect with your body and strengthen your physical health. In the meantime, HIM offers a number of free virtual activities for physical health which are made available in the Interior and across BC.
